La Casa de Esperanza is located in the foothills of Maneadero, just 10 miles south of Ensenada.
Established in May of 2001 in a two-story house in town, we are now situated on two and one-half acres of land with facilities for 12 separate families, kitchen and dining area, boys and girls restrooms and showers, and soon to come, living quarters for our co-directors.
We live by faith and depend on the Lord for all of our needs.
Mission statement
Our goal as a christian ministry is to provide a safe environment for our moms and kids who have escaped from domestic violence and abuse, and allow the Lord to heal and mend their hearts thru a relationship with the living God, Jesus the Christ.
Over the years God has allowed us to provide shelter for hundreds of women and children, some from as far away as Cuba and El Salvador.
During their stay our moms and kids are discipled to grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord through His Word.
When a family leaves the Casa, our prayer is that our moms will continue to live as women of faith, trusting in the Lord and sharing God’s love and the gospel of Jesus Christ with others, and raising their kids in the ways of the Lord.

When you arrive at the Casa, you will have driven down dusty roads, possibly mud, and will be welcomed by a bunch of kids in our driveway.
We absolutely love having missions groups, some from as far away as Hawaii and eastern Canada, coming to visit and sharing the love of Christ with us.
We are always in need of assistance in terms of construction, cleaning, sharing the Word, as well as supplies and finances.
For all those who have visited us in the past, God bless you for being such a tremendous blessing to us.
